Debaprasad Bandyopadhyay was proposing a hypothesis: suicide is not a disease but it is imposed by the ruthless "other". He also subscribed the concept of euthanasia. When state-terrorism as well as counter-terrorism are proliferating and human relationship has been commoditized, where would a falling being take its refuge?
